Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop email management solution, which will give you total control over your e-mail box accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this user-friendly user interface, you can set up a brand new e-mailbox account in an instant and administer its settings effortlessly. Plus, you can forward mails from one e-mail account to another, activate email filters, set up autoresponders and guard your e-mail accounts against unsolicited bulk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your e-mailbox accounts against spam email messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unrequested e-mail messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your e-mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message flagged as spam should be erased or redirected to a given e-mail account.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for filtering your incoming electronic mails based on specific criteria set by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect immediately. You can swiftly set up a filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and select the filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming e-mail messages from one email box account to another, or even to several other email boxes. Just choose the email box you would like to forward electronic mails from, then select the destination mailbox and select if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily set up the e-mail client of your choice to access your mailbox accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox you would like to set up on your personal computer or mobile device and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new mailbox account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple mail accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also permit you to easily create an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to read and our system will do the rest. And if you wish to set up a catch-all email box - you can do that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
