In addition to the hundreds of professional, technical, and developmental courses in his career Joe has a BA in Business Administration Management from Saint Leo University Cum Laude, his AS from the Community College of the Air Force, is a Certified Genesys Engineer & Routing Professional, and has his Masters Certificate of (PMI) Project Management from George Washington University.
